This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services and products purchased from tva.sg, operated by Tokoviva Pte. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Singapore. This Policy complies with Singapore law and acknowledges the consumer protection laws of the countries where our customers reside.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact with all tags and labels
